• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Website, at our discretion, including to protect its security, integrity or availability.

The Website contains general information about Indexix, our services, our process, illustrative examples of the type of work we do, and ways to contact us. This content is provided for general informational purposes.

Descriptions of our services, process and example work are intended to help you understand how we work. They are not a binding proposal, quote, or commitment to a specific price, timeline or deliverable for your project — specific scope, pricing and deliverables are only agreed through a separate written agreement.

We aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not represent or warrant that its content is complete, current or error-free at all times.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content — including text, graphics, layout, visual design, illustrations and underlying code — is owned by Indexix or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the Website for your own personal or internal business purposes, such as evaluating Indexix as a potential partner. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Website's content, or use it for commercial purposes, without our prior written permission.

Ownership and licensing of work Indexix creates for a specific client — software, designs, code, documentation and similar deliverables — is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement, not by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Indexix's pre-existing tools, methodology, or reusable components, except to the extent expressly agreed in that separate agreement.

5. Trademarks and Branding

“Indexix”, the Indexix logo, and other names, logos and marks used on the Website are the branding of Indexix and may not be used, copied or imitated, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent.

Any third-party trademarks, logos or brand names that may appear on the Website — for example, where we illustratively reference technologies we work with — remain the property of their respective owners, are used for identification purposes only, and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory relied on (contract, tort, negligence or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, except where such a limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. These Terms govern the Website only — liability relating to a specific client engagement is addressed in the separate written agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over this section for that relationship.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Indexix, its team members and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your misuse of the Website; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any third party's rights in connection with your use of the Website — for example, submitting information you did not have the right to share.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kosovo, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent a different law is required to apply by mandatory consumer-protection rules in your place of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website is intended to be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kosovo, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

This section addresses disputes about the Website itself; a specific client agreement may include its own governing-law and dispute-resolution terms, which will apply to that agreement instead.
